Manage the daily operations of the department. Responsible for assessing situations, exercising discretion and judgment and acting in the best interest of the client. Implement various processes and procedures to align with department focus and substantial portion of time performing the same duties as other staff in the department. Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverable. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Plan and develop a system to meet the overall team targets. Identify sales prospects and contact them for further discussions, document the same. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. The additional responsibilities include follow up on collection for payment, on the job training for the new sales recruits in the team. Other than the above you should be an excellent communicator, be able to respond well to work pressure, think creatively, motivate and inspire the team to meet the set targets. Two wheeler is a must.
