Manage the daily operations of the department. Responsible for assessing situations, exercising discretion and judgment and acting in the best interest of the client. Implement various processes and procedures to align with department focus and substantial portion of time performing the same duties as other staff in the department. Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverable. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
